Our objective about this domain is to promote maternal and child health and welfare so that total environment changing and live a better and healthy life. For Us, this domain is like a family-center life cycle and development approach to meeting the health needs of woman and children.

In Our Surveillance site, we run several projects which focuses on helps to protect and promote the health of mother and new born child.  Also we do research to know the reason that we have high-impact interventions are available, they are not reaching all of the women and newborns who need them.

Quality of Care is one of the project run at site in which we see facility births are increasing day by day but quality of care at birth remains a major challenges. Many women give birth at home and may not see a skilled health worker before or after delivery. Skilled health workers often lack access to critical supplies and medicines. Since new born child are much more prone to disease and need adequate nutrition maternal and child health helps mother by providing them with proper education about how to take proper care of their child.

In another Project named as HBNC+ we research about new born and mother care at home. What Health care services provided to them?
